Measure and Track your SEO Strategy

The basic definition that you will find is SEO “search engine optimization.” It is the process of getting traffic from the “free,” “c,” “editorial” or “natural” search results on search engines. All the traffic in the world is irrelevant if it doesn’t convert. This is where measuring comes into play. Are the visitors downloading your brochure? Are your getting inquiries through the website form? Conversions can be any of the above and more—depending on the outcome you’re looking for. Google analytics can be used for setting up goals and monitor conversions. You can easily see which keywords words or search terms are creating these conversions. You can also look at the returning visits and the time spend on the website. Have tracking on your form about customer that have abandoned the registrations.
